Job Description

Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Toddler teacher from 945-545, where your passion for nurturing young minds will help shape the future! In this dynamic role, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Your expertise in childhood development and classroom management will inspire curiosity, foster learning, and promote social-emotional growth. Duties

Design and implement engaging curriculum aligned with early childhood education standards, including the Reggio Emilia pedagogical approach

Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective behavior management and classroom management strategies

Support children's developmental milestones by applying knowledge of childhood development and special education needs

Create a safe and nurturing environment by adhering to child welfare policies and daycare safety protocols

Collaborate with families, teachers, and specialists to support early intervention efforts and individualized learning plans

Lead activities that promote physical education, literacy skills, math concepts, and social skills tailored to each child's needs

Skills

Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques

Experience working directly with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings

Knowledge of special education strategies and early intervention programs to support diverse learners

Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively

Ability to manage behavior positively while fostering a supportive learning environment
