Early Childhood Dance Educator On Stage Academy of Performing Arts is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Early Childhood Dance Educator to join our teaching team. We are looking for a teacher who truly enjoys working with young children and understands how to introduce dance in a positive, creative, age-appropriate environment.

Ages 3-4

Bright Stars:
Ages 5-7 Each 45-minute class incorporates: Ballet fundamentals Tap fundamentals Creative movement Music and rhythm activities Age-appropriate coordination and motor-skill development Fun activities that encourage confidence, creativity, and a love of dance
Qualifications:
Dance teaching experience required Experience working specifically with preschool and early elementary-aged children Knowledge of ballet and tap Experience with creative movement and musical activities Ability to manage a classroom while keeping lessons positive, engaging, and structured Dependable, energetic, patient, and comfortable communicating with parents We are looking for someone who understands that early childhood dance education is about much more than teaching steps—it is about building confidence, musicality, coordination, creativity, and a lifelong love of the performing arts.
