• Foxboro is seeking a nurturing and experienced Infant Lead Teacher who understands how meaningful the earliest years of a child's development truly are.

You'll lead a warm, responsive Infant classroom where individualized care, strong family relationships, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences come together to help our youngest learners thrive. Key Responsibilities Lead daily Infant classroom routines and learning experiences Provide responsive, individualized care based on each child's needs Support feeding, diapering, sleep, tummy time, and developmental routines Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum Engage infants through sensory exploration, language, music, movement, and play Observe and document children's development Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers Build trusting relationships and communicate regularly with families Maintain a clean, safe, nurturing, and organized classroom Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements Qualifications Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as an Infant-Toddler Lead Teacher Professional Infant or Toddler classroom experience strongly preferred Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred Strong understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving Patient, nurturing, dependable, and collaborative What We Offer $23
