Full-Time, Monday-Friday Preschool Teacher•Build Kindergarten Readiness The Learning Experience•Franklin is hiring an experienced Preschool Teacher to create engaging learning experiences that help children develop confidence, curiosity, and the skills needed for kindergarten success. What You'll Do Lead a preschool classroom using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum Promote early literacy, math, science, and social-emotional development Create a structured, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Observe and document developmental progress Partner with families through regular communication Collaborate with teachers and center leadership Maintain compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations Qualifications Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required Previous preschool teaching experience preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred What We Offer $22•23 per hour Monday-Friday schedule Health, dental, and vision benefits for eligible employees Paid time off and holidays Professional development and career advancement Employee childcare discount Apply Today Join The Learning Experience•Franklin and help preschoolers build a lifelong love of learning through meaningful, play-based education.
