Job Description

Part-time Childcare Worker in Greenfield Center for New Americans seeks a part-time childcare worker for its Greenfield site. The childcare worker will take care of children whose parents are attending Center for New Americans' classes. Parents will be on site. This position is on an as-needed basis. If there is advance notice that there will be no children, there will be no childcare. If there is no advance notice but no children, the person will be paid for the first hour of the program.
Details Schedule:
Monday through Thursday mornings from 8:15 AM through 10:45 AM September through June when school is in session (i.e., not on holidays or school vacation weeks in December, February and April).

Greenfield Compensation:
$18.50/hour
Qualifications:
Successful candidates should have some work experience with the following: infants and toddlers; caring for more than one young child in a work situation at the same time; engaging with families from diverse backgrounds. Ideally, candidates will be able to provide references for past childcare work Candidates must also be willing to submit to a CORI check.
