Job Description

You will work with your team to create a nurturing, caring, fun, learning environment using an emergent, play based curriculum that meets the varying developmental needs of each individual child.
Some of your responsibilities include:
Assisting lead teachers in implementing play based and age appropriate activities and curriculum that promote a positive learning environment, in other words, have FUN! Meet all aspects of center and state health and safety requirements, keep those children (and your colleagues) safe! Foster positive relationships, interactions, and communications with staff, families, and children. Work cooperatively as a positive, supportive member of both the classroom and center teams, we love teamwork! Promote one's own professional growth through attendance at staff meetings, workshops, and conferences.Qualifications:
Candidates that are EEC Infant Toddler/Preschool Teacher certified A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an early educator in an EEC licensed program is preferred Candidates must complete a required EEC Background Record Check as per EEC guidelines HCCC offers a competitive benefits package which includes medical and dental packages, paid time off, and company paid professional development opportunities.
