PM Pay:
Starting at $18.00 per hour , with compensation based on experience and EEC certification. About the Position We are looking for caring, dependable, and enthusiastic EEC-qualified teachers to join our early education team in Malden, MA. We are hiring for our infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms , with both part-time and full-time positions available. We are especially looking for teachers who are available for afternoon hours and who are passionate about providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. Responsibilities Provide nurturing, attentive, and responsive care to children. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Plan and participate in age-appropriate classroom activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment. Follow all EEC regulations, health and safety requirements, and center policies. Communicate professionally with families and coworkers. Work collaboratively with the teaching team. Maintain accurate classroom and child records as required. Ensure children's health, safety, and well-being throughout the day. Required Qualifications & Documentation Candidates must have or be willing to obtain/complete the following: EEC certification/qualification appropriate for the position. CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it. EEC Essentials 2.0 completed. EEC Refresher 2.0 training completed, as applicable. Recent physical examination documentation. Two MMR vaccinations or appropriate documentation. Current PQR certificate . Experience working with infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children is preferred. Must be dependable, responsible, and able to work well as part of a team. A genuine passion for working with young children is essential. Compensation Starting at $18.00 per hour , with pay based on experience, education, and EEC certification/qualifications . Schedule We are currently hiring for:
