PM Position:

Part-Time Certified Preschool Teacher The Learning Tree Daycare and Preschool is looking for a dependable, caring, and energetic Certified Preschool Teacher to join our team! We are seeking someone who enjoys working with young children and is committed to creating a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment. Responsibilities Provide a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for preschool-aged children. Actively supervise and engage with children throughout the entire day. Assist with and implement age-appropriate curriculum, activities, art projects, sensory experiences, and learning opportunities. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and developmental needs. Maintain consistent classroom routines and expectations. Use positive language and age-appropriate guidance when working with children. Assist with meals, snacks, bathroom routines, rest time, transitions, and outdoor play. Maintain proper child-to-teacher ratios and follow all EEC regulations and center policies. Keep the classroom clean, organized, and well maintained throughout the day. Complete daily classroom cleaning and closing responsibilities. Communicate professionally and positively with families, coworkers, and administration. Work cooperatively with other teachers and staff members to provide consistent care. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and required professional development. Follow all health, safety, supervision, and emergency procedures. Qualifications Must be EEC Teacher Certified for the appropriate age group. Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to consistently work the scheduled hours. Must be comfortable actively supervising and engaging with children both indoors and outdoors. Must be able to work as part of a team and communicate professionally with staff and families. CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Must meet all Massachusetts EEC background record check and employment requirements.

•6:00 PM Approximately 21 hours per week We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes initiative, enjoys being actively involved in the classroom, and wants to be part of a supportive childcare team.
