Infant Teacher Do you have a passion for nurturing young children and helping them reach important developmental milestones? The Learning Tree Daycare is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Infant Teacher to join our dedicated team! At The Learning Tree Daycare, we believe every child deserves a safe, loving, and engaging environment where they can learn and grow. We are looking for someone who will provide exceptional care while creating meaningful relationships with our infants and their families.
Responsibilities:
Provide loving, attentive care for infants (6 weeks to 15 months) Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage development Follow each child's individual feeding, sleeping, and diapering schedule Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom Communicate daily with parents regarding their child's day and developmental progress Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and administration Follow all Massachusetts EEC regulations and health & safety guidelines
Qualifications:
Experience working with infants is preferred EEC Teacher Certification (or willingness to become certified) CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, professional, and positive attitude A genuine love for working with children
