  • Milford is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Teacher to serve as a Floater Teacher across our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms.
This role is perfect for an educator who enjoys variety and is comfortable working with children at different developmental stages. You'll provide classroom coverage, support teaching teams, maintain required ratios, and help create consistency throughout the school. What You'll Do Provide teaching support across Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms Step into classrooms as needed for coverage, breaks, and staffing needs Implement developmentally appropriate activities and classroom routines Engage children through play, learning centers, music, art, and outdoor activities Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, and transitions as appropriate Maintain safe, clean, and organized classroom environments Build positive relationships with children, families, and teaching teams Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing and safety requirements Qualifications Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler and Preschool Teacher Certification required Previous professional childcare, daycare, or preschool experience preferred Comfortable working across multiple classrooms and age groups Flexible, dependable, and able to adapt throughout the day Strong classroom management and communication skills What We Offer $20
