  • Milford is seeking two EEC Certified Infant Teachers to join our early childhood education team.
Our Infant Teachers provide much more than exceptional care. Through responsive interactions, sensory exploration, language-rich experiences, and individualized routines, you'll help babies build secure relationships and reach important early developmental milestones. What You'll Do Provide attentive, responsive care for infants throughout the day Support individualized feeding, diapering, sleep, and daily routines Create age-appropriate sensory and early learning experiences Encourage early language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development Observe and document developmental milestones Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and nurturing Infant classroom Build trusting relationships with children and communicate regularly with families Collaborate with fellow Infant Teachers and center leadership Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing, health, and safety requirements Qualifications Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required Professional experience working with infants preferred Strong understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving Comfortable with feeding, diapering, and individualized infant routines Patient, nurturing, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication skills What We Offer $20
