• Milford is looking for experienced early childhood educators who are ready to lead a classroom and take the next step in their teaching career.

We're open to qualified Infant-Toddler and Preschool educators. Key Responsibilities Lead a high-quality early childhood classroom Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development Establish positive classroom routines and provide consistent guidance Observe and document children's development Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families Maintain classroom quality, safety, and organization Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements Qualifications Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher Infant-Toddler, Preschool, or multiple age-group qualifications welcomed Professional early childhood classroom experience required Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills Dependable, collaborative, and passionate about early childhood education What We Offer $22
