  • Milford is hiring an EEC Certified Toddler Teacher to create a nurturing and engaging classroom where young children can explore, communicate, develop independence, and build important early social skills.
We're looking for an educator who understands that toddlerhood comes with big developmental milestones—and who can provide the patience, consistency, structure, and encouragement children need to thrive. What You'll Do Lead and support daily Toddler classroom routines Create developmentally appropriate learning and play experiences Encourage early language, communication, independence, and social-emotional development Guide children through meals, diapering/toileting readiness, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions Use positive guidance to support emerging social skills and classroom behaviors Maintain a safe, nurturing, clean, and engaging classroom Observe children's development and communicate regularly with families Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements Qualifications Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required Previous Toddler classroom experience preferred Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices Patient, energetic, nurturing, and dependable Strong communication and teamwork skills What We Offer $20
