If you're an Early Childhood Educator, Preschool Teacher, Pre-K Teacher, or EEC-certified teacher who loves watching children discover what they can do, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging Pre-K classroom where every child feels valued and supported Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that encourage learning through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences Support children's social-emotional development, communication, independence, and kindergarten readiness Build meaningful relationships with children and families through open, respectful communication Observe children's interests, strengths, and developmental progress and use those observations to guide learning experiences Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and inclusive classroom environment Work collaboratively with your teaching team and center leadership to provide consistent, high-quality care Follow all company policies and Massachusetts EEC regulations and requirements Bring your creativity, patience, and genuine love of working with young children to the classroom every day What We're Looking For One year of experience working with preschool or Pre-K-aged children required Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification required Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices A nurturing, patient, and dependable approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A commitment to creating a classroom where every child can learn, grow, and thrive What Magical Beginnings offers you: Paid sick time 14 paid holidays
