You model best practices, coach and mentor other teachers, and support children's social, emotional, and academic growth. You also build strong relationships with families, communicate regularly about each child's progress, and help your center meet goals for quality, enrollment, and licensing standards. Responsibilities Lead and manage a classroom of young children, ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment. Implement Kinder Care's early childhood curriculum and adapt activities to meet individual needs. Coach and mentor assistant or less experienced teachers, providing feedback and modeling best practices. Maintain open, regular communication with families about children's progress and daily experiences. Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety requirements in the classroom. Support center goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and family engagement.
