Position Details:

Full-time, year-round position ? 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Monday?

Friday, 10:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. No nights or weekends Excellent benefits package, health & dental insurance, retirement plan with match, paid time off, including holidays, wellness and training days. Competitive starting hourly rates commensurate wt experience:

You will have the opportunity to foster children?s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development through engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences in accordance with EEC preschool regulations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging daily lesson plans and curriculum using Creative Curriculum Create and maintain a safe, healthy, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment Support children?s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development Provide teaching activities that align with EEC Program Standards Assist with meals and classroom routines Monitor children on the bus as assigned Collaborate with colleagues and participate in other program activities and responsibilities as needed Qualifications Massachusetts EEC Lead Teacher certification in Preschool is required; Director II preferred Associate?s degree in early childhood education or a related field is required, bachelor degree is preferred Ability to speak and understand English is required Portuguese, Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Arabic language skills are a plus, but not required 18 years of age required Valid Massachusetts driver?s license required Background & Employment Requirements All candidates must successfully complete the required CORI, DCF, SORI, and fingerprint background checks as part of the hiring process.
