The position requires strong communication, listening and reasoning skills and an ability to provide a safe, structured environment for children to explore and learn. We are seeking dependable and responsible educators who value integrity and work well in group situations.
Responsibilities:
Love and accept students even when they make mistakes. Understand and be able to adhere to age-appropriate classroom rules. Be knowledgeable about child development and the learning process. Communicate with parents regularly to ensure that they are informed about their child's progress. Help students learn to solve conflicts peacefully and collaboratively. Be able to work under stress, have good time management skills, and be organized. Possess a positive attitude. Display empathy toward students and co-workers; relate well with students and families.
