What You'll Do As part of our teaching team, you'll spend your days: Leading engaging outdoor learning experiences that spark curiosity and wonder. Building meaningful relationships with children and helping them feel safe, confident, and valued. Encouraging exploration, creativity, problem-solving, and independence through play. Weaving literacy, math, science, art, and social-emotional learning naturally into everyday experiences. Caring for our outdoor classroom and helping children connect with the animals, gardens, and natural world around them. Working collaboratively with fellow teachers to create a positive, supportive learning environment. Communicating with families and celebrating each child's growth. Is willing to get muddy, laugh often, and embrace the unexpected. Qualifications EEC Teacher Certified (or eligible for certification). Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. Experience working with preschool-aged children. Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practice. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Knowledge of Massachusetts EEC regulations is a plus.
