Acres of Fun Preschool at Good Pickin' Farm Do you believe children learn best when they're climbing logs, caring for animals, splashing in puddles, asking questions, and discovering the world around them? So do we. Acres of Fun Preschool is looking for an enthusiastic, creative Preschool Teacher to join our nature-based early childhood program. At Good Pickin' Farm, children spend approximately 95% of their day outdoors . We believe that every adventure—from collecting acorns to feeding the goats—is an opportunity for meaningful learning. Our goal is to nurture curious, capable, and confident children through hands-on experiences, meaningful relationships, and a deep connection with nature. Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practice. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Knowledge of Massachusetts EEC regulations is a plus. Why Join Acres of Fun? This isn't your typical preschool classroom. Our classroom includes forests, fields, gardens, animals, and endless opportunities for discovery. We're building a team of educators who believe childhood should be full of wonder, adventure, messy play, and joyful learning. If you're looking for a place where you can inspire children while growing alongside a supportive, passionate team, we'd love to meet you.
