1 The Learning Experience•Worcester is seeking an experienced and qualified Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our team. We're looking for an educator with Massachusetts EEC Lead Teacher certification who is comfortable working across age groups and can bring strong classroom leadership wherever support is needed. This is a great opportunity for an experienced teacher who enjoys variety, collaboration, and making an impact throughout an early childhood center. What You'll Do Lead and support early childhood classrooms across age groups Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive behavior guidance Step into classrooms as needed to support staffing, ratios, and daily operations Observe children's development and maintain required classroom documentation Build positive relationships with children and families Collaborate with teachers and center leadership Maintain safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environments Follow Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies Qualifications Massachusetts EEC Lead Teacher Certification required Qualification to work across multiple early childhood age groups strongly preferred Previous professional childcare, preschool, or early childhood teaching experience required Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices Comfortable leading a classroom and supporting different age groups Dependable, flexible, organized, and team-oriented Strong classroom management and communication skills What We Offer $22 per hour Full-time Monday-Friday schedule Paid training and professional development Employee childcare discount Supportive center leadership Collaborative teaching environment Opportunities for continued professional growth and advancement Apply today to join The Learning Experience•Worcester and bring your experience, flexibility, and passion for early childhood education to a team where you can make an impact across the school.Benefits
