We are looking for highly motivated Kid Club Associates who will enjoy fostering a safe and warm environment for the children of our members and guests! Duties include, but are not limited to: Providing a safe, warm, loving environment for the children of our members and guests Maintaining a sanitary and safe environment at all times Maintaining positive interactions with members on a daily basis Providing direction to members be ready to assist them with any questions or concerns, solve any problems that arise on the spot Consistently showing an escalating level of service mentality Displaying a consistently positive attitude towards members, staff, job tasks and club philosophy Maintaining current knowledge of club programs and services Qualified applicants will possess: a drive to succeed, a background/genuine interest in caregiving or childhood education and development, at least one year experience providing care to children.
