KinderCare is seeking Teachers for St. Joseph's Child Development Center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and maintain a warm, inclusive classroom. You'll partner closely with families, track developmental milestones, and uphold health, safety, and licensing standards. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children at all times, ensuring their health, safety, and emotional well-being. Observe and document children's progress and support individual learning needs. Communicate regularly with families about child development, routines, and milestones. Collaborate with center staff to implement Kinder Care's curriculum and standards. Support positive behavior and social-emotional development. Follow licensing regulations, center policies, and health and safety procedures.
