KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Lake Arbor center to nurture and inspire young children through engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. In this on-site role, you will create a safe, inclusive classroom, support social-emotional and cognitive development, and partner closely with families. You'll collaborate with a supportive team, follow KinderCare's curriculum, and participate in ongoing professional development while helping each child reach their full potential. Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Plan and lead age-appropriate, developmentally aligned learning activities. Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Collaborate with center staff to align with Kinder Care's curriculum and policies. Observe and document children's growth and milestones. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
