Full-Time/12 months We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and highly qualified Childcare Center Director to lead and manage the daily operations of our childcare center. This individual must have a strong background in early childhood education and demonstrate the ability to lead staff and support families while maintaining a nurturing, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for all children in our care. Qualifications (Required): Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field 90-Hour Infant and Toddler Certification , including: 45 hours in Child Growth and Development 45 hours in Infant and Toddler Curriculum Valid certifications to cover all age groups served at the center Willing and able to step in and assist in any classroom or area as needed
Certifications and Compliance:
Current CPR & First Aid Certification Current Medical Clearance ADA Compliance Knowledge Must pass Fingerprinting and Background Check Familiarity with Maryland EXCELS standards and procedures
Skills and Expectations:
Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to oversee daily operations and manage staff in a positive, professional, and productive manner Promptness and professionalism are essential Must be proactive and willing to address and resolve issues or crises effectively Excellent communication skills with children, staff, parents, and guardians High level of confidentiality required in all matters including: Children's welfare Staff issues Business operations Financials and inspections A solid understanding of child development and child/staff safety practices

Little Darlings Childcare Learning Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Teacher who is committed to fostering a nurturing, educational, and safe environment for young children. Candidates must be at least 19 years old, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and meet the requirements set by the Maryland State Child Care Licensing Regulations .
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 19 years of age Hold a high school diploma or equivalent Must have an A.A. degree or higher 90-Hour Infant and Toddler Certification , including: 45 hours in Child Growth and Development 45 hours in Infant and Toddler Curriculum 45 hours in Preschool Curriculum 45 hours in School Age Curriculum Must meet Maryland State Licensing Requirements Professionally prepared to work with young children and their families Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with children, parents, and staff
Key Responsibilities:

Little Darlings Childcare Learning Center is looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic Assistant Child Care Teacher who is ready to support a positive and engaging environment for young children. The Assistant Teacher will work under the direct supervision of a qualified Child Care Teacher and help maintain a safe, clean, and developmentally appropriate classroom for children to learn and grow.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent required Must work under the direct supervision of a qualified Child Care Teacher Ability to work well with children, families, and team members Must demonstrate patience , a positive attitude , and professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and implementing daily classroom activities as directed by the Lead Teacher Help set up the classroom environment each day, including learning centers, materials, and supplies Maintain a positive and respectful attitude toward all children, families, and coworkers Contribute to a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space Participate in staff meetings and attend required training sessions Support classroom cleaning duties and help uphold hygiene and safety standards Present a professional physical appearance at all times
Daily Expectations:
