Job Description
## Job Summary We are seeking dedicated Lead Teachers for various age groups to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment for young students. ## Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational needs of each child
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for students
- Manage classroom activities and promote positive interactions among students
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress
- Collaborate with parents and staff to support student development
- Incorporate early intervention strategies as needed ## Qualifications
- Certifications in Early Childhood Education or related field (CDA, 90-hours, ADA, Emergency Preparedness, Basic Health & Safety, etc.)
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting (at least one year)
- Proficiency in classroom management and lesson planning
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
