Job Description

## Job Summary We are seeking dedicated Lead Teachers for various age groups to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment for young students. ## Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational needs of each child
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for students
  • Manage classroom activities and promote positive interactions among students
  • Utilize effective behavior management techniques
  • Conduct assessments to monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with parents and staff to support student development
  • Incorporate early intervention strategies as needed ## Qualifications
  • Certifications in Early Childhood Education or related field (CDA, 90-hours, ADA, Emergency Preparedness, Basic Health & Safety, etc.)
  • Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting (at least one year)
  • Proficiency in classroom management and lesson planning
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles
