This role focuses on supporting children's development while maintaining high standards of care, cleanliness, and professionalism. Responsibilities Provide attentive infant and toddler care, including feeding, diapering, and safe sleep practices Follow all infant care standards, licensing regulations, and health/safety procedures Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized classroom daily Plan and lead simple, age-appropriate activities that support development Ensure consistent supervision and positive behavior guidance Communicate effectively with families and team members Qualifications Experience with infants/toddlers in a daycare or school setting preferred Strong understanding of child development and infant care standards Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling Able to multitask while maintaining a safe and clean environment Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Prior Certifications appreciated Join our team and help create a safe, loving space where children can grow and thrive!
