Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM About Creek Home Montessori Creek Home Montessori is a nurturing early childhood program focused on providing a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. We are looking for a caring, responsible, and enthusiastic Pre-K Teacher to join our team. Job Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate Pre-K learning activities and lesson plans. Provide a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development. Follow daily classroom routines and maintain appropriate supervision of children. Observe and document children's progress and development. Communicate professionally and regularly with parents about children's development and classroom activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment. Follow Maryland childcare licensing requirements and Creek Home Montessori policies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Associated degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), or other related field. Must be willing to complete required background checks, fingerprinting, health documentation, and required childcare training. Dependable, patient, caring, and enthusiastic personality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain it. How to
