At Kiddie Tracks Early Education Center, we are committed to creating a nurturing, joyful, and enriching environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive. We are seeking passionate, dependable teachers who are excited to make a meaningful difference in children's lives each day. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) that includes paid PTO, vacation time, and paid holidays. We are also looking for a part time split shift from 7:30-9, 3:30-6. We are looking for reliable educators who are energetic, creative, and dedicated to working with young children. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 19 years old 90-hour preschool certification 9-hour communication training ADA training CPR/First Aid certification (recommended) 2 years of childcare experience (recommended) Associate's degree in early childhood education preferred Responsibilities Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons that spark curiosity and joy Encourage hands-on learning through play, exploration, and discovery Communicate daily with families about children's progress and needs Foster positive interactions that support each child's social, emotional, and academic growth Assist with diapering and potty training If you are passionate about early childhood education and want to join a team that values both teachers and children, we would love to meet you.
