Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Preschool Teacher to help young children prepare for kindergarten. You will introduce them to organized education and teach them important skills they will need in school. A good preschool teacher loves and is patient with children. You should know effective teaching methods and be able to engage children, earning their trust and attention. Your main goal is to support children's mental and emotional growth, making it easier for them to transition into school.
Responsibilities:
- Create a fun and caring program for preschool children.
- Use different teaching methods, like storytelling and educational games, to help children learn.
- Observe each child to help them improve their social skills and self-esteem.
- Encourage children to play together and resolve conflicts.
- Help children develop their artistic and practical skills through activities like identifying shapes, numbers, and colors, and doing crafts.
- Organize nap and snack times and supervise children to keep them safe.
- Track each child's progress and share updates with their parents.
- Communicate regularly with parents to understand their children's backgrounds and needs.
- Work with other educators to enhance the learning environment.
- Keep the classroom clean and organized according to health and safety rules.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of child development and preschool teaching methods.
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation rules for classrooms.
- Good communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to help children resolve conflicts.
- Patient, friendly, and reliable.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a preschool and managing a classroom.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children and parents.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to keep the environment safe and clean.
- Experience with students, including those with disabilities or special needs.
- Understanding of early childhood education principles and curriculum development.
- Ability to create lesson plans and engage children in reading and math activities.
- Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
- Excellent communication and instructional skills
- Ability to act as a mediator between children
- Patient, friendly, and reliable Qualifications Preschool experience and classroom management skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and parents Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe environment Experience working with students, including those with disabilities or special needs Familiarity with early childhood education principles and curriculum development Ability to implement lesson plans and engage children in literacy and math activities
