Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Infant and Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers, fostering their growth and development through engaging activities and personalized care. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will inspire young learners and support their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical milestones. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development and curiosity in infants and toddlers Provide attentive care, including feeding, diapering, nap time supervision, and hygiene support in accordance with health standards Foster a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and social interaction Monitor each child's progress and communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's milestones and needs Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that complies with all safety regulations and licensing requirements Use positive behavior management techniques to guide children's actions and promote respectful interactions Collaborate with team members to plan activities that support special education needs or children with disabilities when applicable Qualifications Prior experience working with infants and toddlers in a classroom or daycare setting is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education practices, and classroom management strategies Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are a plus Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Ability to demonstrate patience, creativity, and enthusiasm while caring for young children Experience with caregiving tasks such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and nurturing emotional well-being Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for infants and toddlers Commitment to creating an inclusive environment that supports diverse learning needs Join us in shaping the future by providing exceptional care and education to our youngest learners!
