Your expertise will help children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally while collaborating closely with families and staff to ensure every child's success. Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles and align with early childhood education standards. Create a nurturing classroom environment that supports toddler care, preschool experience, and classroom management best practices. Engage children in literacy education, math activities, physical education, and other foundational skills through interactive teaching methods. Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques to foster a respectful learning atmosphere. Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address individual needs—including special education and early intervention—and support child welfare. Maintain accurate records of student progress, including documentation for standardized testing and assessments. Supervise assistant teachers and classroom staff to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold high-quality childcare standards. Strong background in childhood development, early childhood education, and preschool experience. Proven experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies. Knowledge of special education practices, early intervention programs, and literacy education techniques. Skilled in behavior management, child welfare practices, and creating inclusive learning environments for diverse learners. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, staff, and community partners. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies such as standardized testing or tutoring approaches is a plus.
