Strong background in childhood development, early childhood education, and preschool experience. Proven experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies. Knowledge of special education practices, early intervention programs, and literacy education techniques. Skilled in behavior management, child welfare practices, and creating inclusive learning environments for diverse learners. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, staff, and community partners. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies such as standardized testing or tutoring approaches is a plus.
