Just-Us-Kids is seeking an experienced, caring, energetic Early Childhood Educator to join our team! We're looking for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education -- not just "watching" children, but truly teaching, engaging, and helping them thrive. This is a part-time (mornings) teacher and bus driver (15 passenger minibus) position.

What You'll Do:

Assist with implementing morning activities Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment Transport school-age children to school using company 15-passenger bus Maintain compliance with Maryland child care licensing standards Communicate effectively with children, parents and teammates Promote social-emotional growth, curiosity, and independence in every child Requirements Must hold current CDA, 90-hour Early Childhood Certification, or equivalent in either Preschool or School Age Certified Minimum 2 years experience in a licensed childcare or preschool program Passion for working with children Must pass a background check, fingerprinting, and health screening Must submit

Motor Vehicle Record Hours:

Monday-Friday - 7:00am-9:30am
