TWOS TEACHER Pay:
$17-$22 per hour Inspire Independence. Encourage Discovery. Make a Difference. Bambini Montessori Academy is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Twos Teacher to join our team in Gambrills, Maryland . If you enjoy working with toddlers and are passionate about helping young children build confidence, independence, and essential developmental skills, we want to hear from you. Our Montessori-inspired classrooms provide a safe, nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn through hands-on experiences, and develop at their own pace.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Twos Teacher, you will: Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom Encourage independence through positive guidance and daily routines Observe and document children's developmental progress Build positive relationships with children and their families Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership Maintain classroom records and licensing documentation Follow all MSDE and OCC licensing standards Participate in staff meetings and professional development
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Must be at least 19 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Completed or willing to complete: 90-Hour Preschool Certification 45-Hour Child Growth & Development 45-Hour Preschool Curriculum 9-Hour Communication Course Basic Health & Safety Training Current CPR & First Aid Certification Maryland background check and fingerprint clearance Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Montessori certification (AMI, AMS, or MACTE) Two or more years of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
