What We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required). ✅ Experience working with young children in a classroom setting. ✅ Enthusiasm, creativity, and a love for early learning. ✅ Strong communication and organizational skills. Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate early childhood education principles, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods where applicable. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes active learning and positive behavior management. Lead daily classroom activities, including circle time, story reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor play to enhance childhood development skills. Assess individual student progress through observations and standardized testing; tailor instruction to meet diverse learning needs including special education and early intervention strategies. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress, behavioral concerns, and developmental milestones effectively. Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining high standards of childcare and childhood development best practices. Supervise assistant teachers or aides, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure consistent delivery of quality education. Skills Strong knowledge of curriculum development techniques tailored for preschool-aged children. Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings or daycare environments. Familiarity with special education needs, early intervention programs, and behavior management strategies. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, staff, and community partners. Classroom management expertise to create organized learning spaces that foster independence and curiosity. Ability to plan lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical activities, and Montessori principles where relevant. Experience with classroom experience in private schools or daycare centers is preferred. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures for early childhood assessment purposes. Skills in tutoring or teaching physical education to promote overall child welfare and motor development. Understanding of child welfare policies, toddler care practices, and childhood development milestones to support holistic growth.
