All candidates must:

Be qualified as Group Leader by the MSDE Office of Child Care (licensing branch) Posses the School Age Certification Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare center or 1 year of full time College courses in ECE/EDU Posses the 9- Hour Pre-service Communication Course Possess the Including All Children and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) certification Be able to show proof of ability to create developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities Be creative and positive Be mature, responsible and dependable Be able to work between the hours of 6:30am-6:30pm Preference will be given to candidates with the following: An Associates of Arts degree with 15 credits in Early Childhood Education 5 years of
