Job Description

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Hanover KinderCare learning center. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children learn and grow through play-based, developmentally appropriate activities. You will plan lessons, guide social-emotional development, and maintain strong communication with families. Working within KinderCare's inclusive and collaborative culture, you'll partner with fellow educators, follow state licensing and safety standards, and have opportunities for professional development and career growth as you make a meaningful impact on children's lives every day. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children at all times and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and events. Implement behavior guidance strategies that support social-emotional growth. Follow Kinder Care and state licensing policies and procedures.
