Job Description

An ideal candidate should be able to: maintain classroom daily records in accordance to the rules and regulations of the OCC. Communicates with the parents in a professional and caring manner on a daily basis. Meet the daily needs and wants of each child. Creates and implements a flexible and age-appropriate weekly lesson plan to meet the individual needs and abilities of each child. Cleans and sanitizes the classroom/bathroom area during naptime and if present, at closing. Maintains a safe, clean, supervised and educational environment in the classroom. Develops a nurturing relationship with the children and actively interacts with them during the day. Maintains current training. Certified to be a Lead in the classroom.
