Responsibilities Lead daily classroom activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development for infants and toddlers Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with developmental milestones and curriculum standards Foster a safe, nurturing environment by maintaining vigilant supervision and adhering to health and safety protocols Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about each child's progress, needs, and achievements Collaborate with team members to create individualized care plans for children with special needs or disabilities Manage classroom routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and transitions with patience and professionalism Maintain accurate documentation of children's development, attendance, and behavioral observations Skills Extensive knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers Proven experience in classroom management within daycare or preschool settings Strong understanding of early childhood education best practices and curriculum implementation Ability to provide exceptional caregiving with compassion, patience, and attentiveness Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for young children Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety at all times Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with children, parents, and team members Knowledge of classroom safety protocols and health regulations in childcare environments Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms early childhood experiences into lifelong foundations.
