Foster a safe and nurturing environment by adhering to child welfare standards and implementing classroom management techniques. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any behavioral or developmental concerns. Support children with special education needs and participate in early intervention programs to ensure inclusive learning experiences. Maintain accurate documentation of child development progress, standardized testing results, and mandated reporting laws compliance. Collaborate with colleagues to plan special events, assessments, and curriculum enhancements that support early childhood education goals. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, including classroom experience with toddlers and young learners. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies. Demonstrated ability to develop engaging lesson plans aligned with preschool standards and curriculum frameworks. Excellent communication skills for effective parent communication and team collaboration. Certification in first aid and CPR; additional credentials in special education or early childhood education are preferred. Familiarity with classroom management tools, standardized testing procedures, and mandated reporting laws. Passion for teaching young children and fostering their social-emotional growth through creative activities like literacy education, math instruction, and physical education.
