Job Description

Job Summary As a Preschool Teacher, you will ignite a passion for learning in young minds by creating a nurturing and stimulating environment. Your role will involve developing engaging lesson plans, fostering social skills, and supporting the emotional and cognitive growth of preschool-aged children. You will collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure each child's unique needs are met, paving the way for their future educational success. What you'll do Design and implement creative curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards. Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery. Utilize behavior management techniques to guide children's social interactions and emotional development. Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress in literacy, math, and physical education. Collaborate with special education professionals to support children requiring early intervention services. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development, achievements, and areas for improvement. Maintain a well-organized classroom that promotes learning through play and structured activities. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Basic qualifications Experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices. Preferred qualifications Background in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for preschool-aged children. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other innovative teaching approaches. Experience in behavior management strategies to foster positive classroom dynamics. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood education.
