Job Description

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Sioux Lane learning center. In this role, you will nurture young children through engaging, age-appropriate curriculum and hands-on activities that foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth. You will create a safe, inclusive classroom, supervise children, and maintain compliance with all health and safety standards. Teachers will regularly communicate with families, document developmental progress, and collaborate with colleagues. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that support early childhood development. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to safety and health guidelines. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily activities. Collaborate with center staff to implement curriculum and center initiatives. Support social-emotional learning and positive behavior in the classroom. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Adapt activities to meet diverse learning needs and backgrounds. Follow all Kinder Care and licensing regulations and policies.
