Schedule:
Part-time (2:30-6 PM; 17.5 hours per day, 5 days per week) Work year: 10 months FLSA status:

PM Care Manager Summary:
Green Acres School's PM Care teacher actively teaches and supervises children in groups and individually both indoors and outdoors. The teacher serves snacks to program participants, takes daily attendance, and assists with dismissal of students from the program. The PM Care teacher is responsible for ensuring that spaces are clean and toys sanitized at the end of the day.
Requirements:
Collaborative nature; enjoys working with teachers, staff, and students Cultural competency and ability to work in a diverse community Flexible, "can-do" attitude, creative problem solver, and open communicator Genuine enthusiasm and joy for working with children Obtain and maintain Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification, first aid, and CPR certification Complete certifications and training as related to the Office of Child Care requirements Impeccable organizational skills and efficiency; can prioritize and multi-task Demonstrated excellence in writing, editing, and communication skills Desired qualifications: High school degree required; bachelor's degree preferred Experience or training related to childcare and/or education To apply: Send a cover letter, employment application, and three references to employment@greenacres.org.
