Classroom Management:
Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment while supervising students at all times.
Team Leadership:
Collaborate with your co-lead and other staff to ensure smooth team-teaching operations.
Parent Communication:
Share daily progress, address behavioral needs, and build strong partnerships with families.
Child Assessment:
Track milestones and identify potential emotional or developmental concerns early.
Requirements:
Education:
Associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education (ECE), child development, or a closely related field, or 90-hour child development training.
Certifications:
Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, valid CPR, and first-aid certification. ADA certification (required), Basic Health and Safety Certificate (required), Medication Administration (preferred not required)
Experience:
1 year of prior teaching or childcare experience.
