Summary We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at The Goddard School. In this role, you will create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment for children aged six weeks to five years, helping them develop essential skills through play and discovery. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment. Provide care and support for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being. Engage with children in activities that foster curiosity and exploration. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum development and classroom activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Strong classroom management skills and experience working with young children. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff. Experience in behavior management techniques is highly desirable.
