ATEACHER OR HAVE BEFORE AND AFTERCARE EXPERIENCE 90 HR AND/OR 45HR

HAVE 1YR + EXPERIENCE ALL CERTIFICATES MUST BE CURRENT AND/OR VALID SALARY DESIRE BASED ON CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE CDA

(IF NEEDED) Must be flexible with summer camp and children events. We have full time/partime/ split shifts availability Must be able to connect and enjoy working with children. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team. As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. If you have a love for working with children and are committed to their development, we would love to hear from you.Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and educational activities
- Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and clean-up
- Administer basic first aid when necessary
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Ability to manage behavior effectively and promote positive discipline techniques
- Familiarity with first aid procedures for children
- Experience working with children is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
Skills:
- Behavior management
- Experience working with children of various ages
- First aid knowledge
- Nannying or babysitting experience
- Understanding of childhood development principles
- Experience working with students in a classroom or educational setting
- Knowledge of preschool curriculum and activities
- Familiarity with infant care and feeding routines We offer competitive pay rates based on experience.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$18.00- $21.
