Overview:

We are seeking a high energy Childcare Teacher to join our team! The selected candidate will have a certificate or degree in early childhood development and must know how to implement a curriculum in a daycare environment. The candidate must be Experienced, Reliable, and Dedicated and ready to care for children ages 6 months to 4 years old. The candidate will serve as the program coordinator for our program which entails planning and implementing the curriculum for the week and making sure that daily activities run smoothly. The candidaate will work with team members to provide quality care that includes serving meals, diaper changes, potty time, and more. Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and compassionate care to children in our facility
• Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans
• Work with team members to ensure the safety and well-being of all children in our care
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise, if necessary
• Assist with infant feedings, serving meals, diaper changes, potty time, and outdoor play, as needed
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members

Requirements:

• Certificate or degree in Early Childhood Development or similar field
• 2 Years or more experience teaching children that are daycare age
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Certification in CPR, First Aid, and other relevant certifications as appropriate. (Courses can be taken later.)
• Ability to provide professional and personal references
