Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children in a nurturing environment, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere that encourages curiosity and exploration. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain order and encourage positive behavior. Engage in early strategies to support children with diverse learning needs. Provide individualized attention to students, ensuring each child's educational needs are met. Incorporate physical education activities to promote health and wellness among students. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience. Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments. Requirements 90 hrs in Preschool Basic, Health & Safety ADA 9 hrs in Communications Experience working in a daycare. Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that caters to various learning styles. Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage children effectively. Passion for educating young children.
