KinderCare is seeking a dedicated Teacher for Mattaponi Elementary to inspire and support young learners. In this role, you will plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that foster academic, social, and emotional growth. You'll create a safe, inclusive classroom environment, closely monitor student progress, and communicate regularly with families. Working within KinderCare's collaborative, growth-focused culture, you'll partner with colleagues to refine curriculum, participate in ongoing training, and help maintain high standards of safety, care, and educational excellence. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons for elementary students. Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment. Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet diverse learning needs. Communicate regularly with families about student growth and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices. Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and documentation.
