What We're Looking For:
Our Early Childhood Education Team is on the hunt for a Lead Preschool Teacher who: Sparks curiosity and inspires young minds to explore, learn, and grow. Celebrates diversity and fosters an environment brimming with excitement, joy, and creativity! Is passionate about unlocking and nurturing each child's unique potential. Can lead a collaborative team that includes an Assistant Teacher and a Teacher's Aide. Our children are eagerly waiting to meet someone just like YOU!Qualifications:
Minimum of an Associate Degree in Child Development, Education, or a related field. Completion of Maine Early Learning Guidelines Training through the Maine Roads to Quality (MRTQ) Professional Development Network within 90 days of hire. Prior experience working with children in an early education setting. Experience leading an Early Childhood Education classroom. Excellent references from recent supervisors.
