$5,000 sign-on bonus payable in four installments ($1000 after completion of months 3, 6, 9 & $2000 after 1 year - external applicants only). Paid time off and holidays. Partnering with families to develop child focused goals that meet individual needs. Planning, implementing and documenting a comprehensive child development program suitable for infants and toddlers. Building positive and supportive relationships with children and families. Assuming responsibilities for primary caregiving to ensure continuity of care. Coordinating the daily operations of the classroom while supervising the activities of 1 or more staff members.Qualifications:
Have an Infant/Toddler CDA or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood (preferred). Have experience working with children in a center-based setting; prior experience working with families and supervising others preferred. Be willing to work flexible hours to meet families' needs. Immunized against MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and TDaP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis). Must be able to pass a background check, to include DHHS and fingerprinting.
